An Obama Judge: Homosexual Marriage Is “Deeply Rooted In Our Nations History” Is A Complete Distort Of Fact

The definition of marriage: one man and one woman

Judge Robert J. Shelby, whom President Barack Obama appointed to the U.S. District Court in Utah last year, issued an opinion on Friday declaring that a right to same-sex marriage is “deeply rooted in this nation’s history and tradition.”

He has now issued an opinion that could fundamentally alter American law and culture.   “Because same-sex marriage has only recently been allowed by a number of states, the State argues that an individual’s right to marry someone of the same sex cannot be a fundamental right,” he wrote. “But the Supreme Court did not adopt this line of reasoning in the analogous case of Loving v. Virginia. Instead of declaring a new right to interracial marriage, the Court held that individuals could not be restricted from exercising their existing right to marry on account of the race of their chosen partner. Similarly, the Plaintiffs here do not seek a new right to same-sex marriage, but instead ask the court to hold that the State cannot prohibit them from exercising their existing right to marry on account of the sex of their chosen partner.” more:

These are the problems you have when you don’t have a moral and ethical base, upon which to make just determinations.  This nation was founded on the base of Judeo – Christian values.  Those values are within the Word of God, which is unquantifiably clear.  God established marriage as being between one man and one woman and one man and one woman only.

Man cannot change what God has created or declared, anymore than man can decide we no longer need oxygen or declared gravity to be ‘null and void’.  This ruling is simply man’s arrogance over what God’s has created.

This is a result of a nation having lost it’s moral path.  We as a country are now rushing down the hill of ungodliness at breakneck speed.  We are allowing the minority to dictate to the majority, and the minority full on rejects God and godly values.  One doesn’t have to be a Christian to understand the difference between right and wrong, good and evil, just and unjust, but one does need grounds upon which he bases decisions.  That base has been eroded by Liberalism, which detest our standards for morals and values . . . much less, godly principles laid out within the Bible.

Men marrying men, woman lying with women is sin; it is unacceptable to God, who is the final Judge in these matters.  Just as abortion was deemed a “right” by misguide, liberal minded Judges, homosexuals, lesbians and those who are gender ‘confused’ about who or what they want to be, will force their perverseness on America.

This has nothing to do with interracial marriage or civil rights.  This is simply one person forcing his agenda on a nation; an unacceptable behavior and lifestyle which God’s calls an abomination.  It is wrong, is it sin and it is unacceptable in descent society — and which we will live to see become the norm as America continues to  degrade into another irrelevant nation of the world.
