"The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left." Ecclesiastes 10:2
A few weeks ago, 13-year-old Cameron Simmons called Sumter police because he was upset after fighting with his mom. The teenager told police he didn’t want to live in the house with his family anymore. Officer Gaetano Acerra responded to the call.
The officer (took) Simmons home, and realized the boy didn’t have a real bed. In fact, Simmons didn’t have nearly anything he needed for a bedroom….. A few weeks after the call, Acerra showed up at Simmon’s house with a truck full of gifts. “Bed, TV, desk, chair, a Wii game system that somebody donated to me because of the story I told them,” said Acerra. Simmons told Acerra that because of the new bed, his back won’t hurt anymore. here
Yep, no doubt about it. Cops have it in for black folks, especially teen males. If this “white Hispanic” cop weren’t such a racist, he might have bought the boy an entire new home, paid for a future college education and set up a bank account. What a racist pig.
More seriously, people who are driven solely on a radical agenda, which is grounded in their own racist views, need to think occasionally.
The so-called ‘news media’ of MSNBC and CNN have made open, vile displaces of racism, and prejudice against a Missouri police officer. Before ranting about things we know little to nothing about and slandering a cop on the testimony of a ‘friend in crime’, at least allow the justice system be given a chance to work.
There’s only one way to stop racism and prejudice, and it begins within ourselves. That does not just apply to “white” people. . . . but to all people. Put the personal prejudice aside and perhaps, think about judging a man on the content of his character, instead of his skin color. I think I’ve heard that somewhere before?
