Phil Robertson Should Tell A & E To Blow It Out Their Duck Call

“Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men,” he told GQ, before paraphrasing the Bible in Corinthians. “Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers — they won’t inherit the kingdom of God. What Robertson was saying, is a rough translation of  1 Corinthians  6: 9-12.  Homosexual active is condemned by God; it is a perversion of what God created – man and woman and woman for man.  That is not “hate speech” — it is God’s speech.

Those who find it “offensive” are those who have no interest in God or what He has to say to humanity.  Theses people are going to be offended . . . and so what?  Jesus the Christ, as an offense to many and still is.  That isn’t His problem;  it is their problem.

Others offended are likely a thief or adulterer, just as a liar will take offense, when he’s proved a liar.  Those who partake in bestiality are probably going to be offended when they hear it’s a sin…. as if they don’t know?  These are just facts.  Facts, as truth, often “offend” . And those looking to be offended to push their ideological agenda, will scream and rail at the truth.  This is what homosexuals are and have been doing.

We as a society have been bombarded by the political correctness crowd.  The PC crowd aren’t going to be the God fearing people or the ones going to church.  They’re the radical, anti- God, anti- what is right and good crowd.  They’re told us that children can be adopted by homosexuals, when we should know as a society, that is a horrible, ungodly situation to put a child into.  We’ve been told that “hooking up” and dropping offspring outside of the confines of marriage, is no big deal.  We’ve been told homosexuals are normal people with normal desires, when they are not.We’ve been told that sin is not sin; that sin doesn’t exist — only the way to please ourselves, is the answer.

Phil Robertson doesn’t agree.  Most American’s don’t agree.  But the minority have demanded to lord over the majority.  Granted, Phil could have said a few of his words more delicately, but what he said was correct and honest.  Much more so than any of the vile out pouring against Phil and A & E from the ‘gay crowd’, who love nothing more than to be offended.  Many in this group are hopelessly intolerant people.  People who demand respect for their lifestyle, who never show respect for others views.

A & E knew what this Christian based family was about when they offered them the show.  They also probably have some ‘morals’ contract they had to sign — but what Phil Roberson said was not immoral.  And it’s not a crime to be “offended”.  This is simply another form of control over what the minority wish to be accepted and honored — their choice of lifestyle.

Democrats, Progressives, Liberals have called conservatives and Christians all sorts of foul, bigoted names with very few repercussions.  Homosexuals and lesbians have not been lied about, slandered or persecuted, and yet Phil Robertson has been.  He’s the one who’s lost a job because of his “religious beliefs”…. and the “tolerant”, “open minded” Liberals, is oh so pleased?

I hope the Robertson should stand their ground.  They have a right to their views, beliefs and speech as any one else.  Maybe more so since what is right, correct and truthful should always win out over the wrong, incorrect and dishonest.
