Obama Administration WARNED of Possible Attacks But Failed to Take Precautions

Sources close to U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration revealed that White House officials apparently received warnings that there were threats made to attack as many as seven U.S. missions in the Middle East, on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, as early as September 4. Sources also revealed that additional warnings were received a few days later, with similar information, but that all of the warnings were largely ignored by the administration. Normally when such warnings are received by the administration, the threat level is raised at U.S. installations around the world. At this point, there is no evidence that the Obama administration communicated the warnings with Consular officials in Libya or Egypt in advance of attacks that took place Monday in Benghazi, Libya and Cairo, Egypt, leaving the U.S. Ambassador to Libya and three other Americans dead, with eight others wounded, including some U.S. military personnel.” Read the full story:  here

    FYI: Bush was warned about Bin Laden in August of 2001.

    I did not like Bush at all, but to blame a terrorist act on him because “he was warned” is asinine. You may want to reconsider your stance on this one if you care at all about having any credibility. If you want to stick with the idea that it was Obama’s fault, then the score would be George W. Bush, 3,000; Obama, 4.

    #1 a source of NYT is less than credible.
    #2 The Bush admin. was given info of possibilities, yes, but no one (at the time) expected airplanes flying into buildings. But if Bush did the same as what Obama has done — it would have all been “blamed” on Clinton’s
    #3 Obama’s ignored many Intell. Briefing. And his adm. was given SPECIFIC information regarding our Embassy and possible assaults. Yet no extra security; nothing was done.
    #4 we’ve had NUMERABLE attacks under Obama and his failed policies: Ft. Hood, NY City and many many others. Have you already forgotten? Now more people have died.
    #5 And Jihad Friday escalates further. AP reports that 2 Marines were killed today in rocket attacks on Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan.” — that’s 2 more!
    #6 Under Bush – he took immediate actions – which didn’t involve APOLOGIES of any sort. Obama is weak and the enemy knows it. He’s yet to many any specific ‘threats’ of retaliations to any of these barbarians.
