Fox News Radio reporter Todd Starnes says President Obama doesn’t understand “Bitter America” like Florida Rep. Allen West and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin — and he aims to set the record straight in his book “Dispatches from Bitter America: A Gun toting, Chicken Eating Son of a Baptist’s Culture War Stories.”
(In 2008, Barack Obama said) “You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest. . . . And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

“I was offended as an American,” Starnes told The Daily Caller.

“When he delivered those remarks, I remember thinking, ‘Wait a second. Most of my family carries a gun and goes to church, sometimes all at once, and we don’t seem to be all that bitter.’ The truth is that I believe President Obama holds ‘Bitter Americans’ — people like me — in contempt. And yet, truth be told, we’re not bitter. We’re blessed.  I discovered that there are ‘Bitter Americans’ from coast to coast,” he said.  “I even found some living among the liberals in my Brooklyn neighborhood. These are people who love America, who love the traditions and values that make this country great. If you believe the Mainstream Media, the folks who live in ‘fly over’ country are the anomalies. But in reality, it’s the folks who live in the big cities who are the anomaly. Most of the United States shares the same values: God, family, country. Lord Obama has done much to malign the majority of America’s.  Americans who, despite his railings opposing their personal lives and actives, choose to own guns and attend, oh my goodness! – church!

We must note, that directly after the coronation of Barack Hussein Obama,  Janet “incompetent” Napolitano put these very people, as well as returning military, on a “potential terrorist watch list“.  As much as Obama and his Chicago thug cabinet members long to believe that is a factual assessment, it isn’t.  How many times did: James Holmes (Aurora), Eric David Harris, Dylan Bennet Klebold ( Columbine) or Timothy James McVeigh (Oklahoma City) regularly attend a church or synagog?  While McVeighdid serve in the military, that alone can’t possibly be enough to condemn all servicemen. Surely?

The true “bitter clingers”, as the phrase as become known, are the dedicated Liberals who cling with all bitterness and anger to their Leftist ideology.  So much so, that they justify their vitriol hatred toward opposing views, whether religious, moral or ethical.

Obama is not just “out of touch” with America.  He was never ‘in touch’.  He was raised by communist, lived abroad in a predominate Muslim controlled country of Kenya, for much of his youth.  He sought out communist and other anti-America radical mentors in Hawaii and the U.S.  Not a normal, American upbringing.

Obama is not a “traditional values” person.  He shows little interest nor appreciation for his self- professed “Christian religion”.  Obama is a radical man with what we must consider radical, anti- American views.  He isn’t filled with values or ethics that most Americans hold dear.  He’s driven by the philosophy that “ends justify the means”.  No lie is to great, no distortion unacceptable to achieve his radical “transformation” of America.
