Obama Loses Florida ‘Voter Fraud’ Case

Earlier this year, the Obama Administration attempted to block Florida Governor Rick Scott’s efforts to purge ineligible voters from Florida voter rolls. A review of drivers license data turned up 2,625 suspected ineligible voters. But the DOJ tried to stop the state from acting on this information.

Nearly two months later, and after getting smacked down by a judge, the Obama Administration is being ordered to help Florida clean up state voter rolls. This past week, the Department of Homeland Security agreed to let Florida access a law enforcement database to prevent non-citizens from voting. more intelligent commentary:  here

How kind of our benevolent government fuhrer’s to allow the state of Florida to move forward in putting a halt to some of the voter fraud.  I guess Obama will be making a statement, demanding Florida now thank him.

Actually, this is a huge blow of the Obama regime, who’s entire campaign might well rest on successful voter fraud.  Hey, in hard times, Democrats do what Democrats do… and no one can say, “corruption” isn’t their middle name.

I hope the same, positive Court outcome will be coming to the great state of Texas, “Home of the brave… and Conservatives” (sorry for the redundancy).  We Texans don’t want to go the way of California – bankrupt, run by big Union Democrats and declaring bankruptcy.  All this is a greater possibly when voter fraud is left unchecked.  Texans are fighting Obama’s big, intrusive federal government for Voter ID.  The State legislature rightly calculated that if one must show an ID to get into Six Flags Over Texas, it should good enough to require a photo ID to vote.
